Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
This Terms of Service (TOS) agreement is between you (Client) and Leverage Digital Media, Inc., a Florida Corporation, and its legal successors and assigns. By accepting  this Terms of Service (TOS) electronically or in writing, and/or by using Leverage Digital Media's services, including but not limited to, submission of content to Leverage Digital Media, payment or authorization of payment, you (Client) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.  Client also agrees that Client’s electronic acceptance of this TOS shall have the same force and effect as if Client had agreed to this TOS in writing.

Leverage Digital Media provides its services to Client subject to the following TOS, which may be updated from time to time without notice.  Client should periodically review the most current version of the TOS at  http://www.leveragedigitalmedia.com/tos.php.  Failure to comply with the TOS may result in account termination.  By using Leverage Digital Media's services Client agrees to (and hereby signs) the most current version of the TOS. Client’s acceptance of the TOS is binding upon all Leverage Digital Media services including the purchase of additional services or additional websites or accounts at a later date.

2. Web Design
We require 50% payment of the total balance up front. We will not begin the Web design process until payment is received. The remaining 50% is due either when your new Web site is complete or within 30 days of the date of your initial invoice, whichever comes first. Any outstanding balance must be paid before the Web site goes live or the Web design files are delivered. Once a Web design project is initiated, it cannot be cancelled and Client will be held liable for remaining project balance.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
SEO is an ongoing process and requires continuous optimization to successfully achieve and maintain rankings, therefore we require a minimum 6 month agreement. The agreement is month-to-month thereafter. You will receive your first billing on the 1st or 15th of the month following your initial purchase date. You may cancel anytime after the first 6 months. By purchasing one of our SEO Packages, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service. Service termination requests must be made in writing and emailed to servicetermination@leveragedigitalmedia.com. Service termination will take effect 30 days from your last billing date, and not before 6 months after your first initial billing date.

4. Pay Per Click (PPC)
It takes approximately 6 months to optimize a PPC campaign, therefore we require a minimum 6 month agreement. The agreement is month-to-month thereafter. You will receive your first billing on the 1st or 15th of the month following your initial purchase date. You may cancel anytime after the first 6 months. Service termination requests must be made in writing and emailed to servicetermination@leveragedigitalmedia.com. Service termination will take effect 30 days from your last billing date, and not before 6 months after your first initial billing date.


5. Refund Policy
Because the majority of costs associated with our services are incurred in the initial stages, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds at this time.
