Leverage Digital Media is pleased to announce the completion of the newly designed logo for the job-embedded teacher preparation program for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) graduates at the University of Central Florida College of Education. The Resident Teacher Professional Preparation Program (RTP³) is a newly adopted program that provides recent high-performing STEM graduates with a full scholarship to earn a master’s degree and secure a teaching position with local school districts.

The $10 million program fully funded by the Department of Education is designed to help STEM professionals build and apply their skills as educators for middle-school and high-school students. Over the course of two years, UCF will admit 140 qualified graduates into the RTP³ program. These graduates will work with students in local school districts to develop stronger skills in STEM subjects and create a model that can then be replicated nationwide.
